Overview
The Char Dham Yatra is one of India’s most sacred pilgrimages, covering four holy shrines nestled in the majestic Himalayas of Uttarakhand – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. This spiritual journey offers not only divine blessings but also breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, serene rivers, and peaceful valleys.
Beginning from Yamunotri (origin of River Yamuna), moving to Gangotri (origin of River Ganga), then to the sacred Jyotirlinga at Kedarnath, and concluding at Badrinath dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this yatra is believed to cleanse the soul and lead one toward spiritual liberation.
