A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
PMT TRAVELS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of incorrect information or payment issues.
2. Payments
Payments can be made via approved online payment gateways, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
No refund will be provided for unused services or no-shows.
Certain bookings (such as flights, hotels, or special packages) may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any request for changes in travel dates, destination, or vehicle type is subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for modifications.
PMT TRAVELS reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational, or safety reasons.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and required travel documents.
PMT TRAVELS is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to incomplete documentation.
6. Liability
PMT TRAVELS acts as a service provider and coordinator for transportation, hotels, and other travel services.
We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.
7. Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers, staff, and fellow travelers.
Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the PMT TRAVELS website (logo, text, images, design) is the property of PMT TRAVELS and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
